Defendant, Terry Taylor, was charged with murder, armed robbery, and attempted murder. Defendant's first trial on the charges resulted in a mistrial due to a hung jury. Upon retrial, defendant was convicted of the charges. Defendant waived his right to have a jury make the sentencing determination in a death penalty hearing.
