(Realty), defendants1 in an action for damages for violation of the Unlawful Trade Practices Act, ORS 646.605-.656, and for common law fraud. Plaintiff assigns as errors the granting of Realty's motion for a directed verdict and the decision taking from the jury her claim that the representation that property was "remodeled" was fraudulent.
