Alexander Resek, in accordance with plea negotiations, pleaded no contest to fifteen counts of misconduct involving a controlled substance in the third degree (cocaine), AS 11.71.030(a)(1), and to one count of misconduct involving a controlled substance in the first degree (engaging in a continuing criminal enterprise), AS 11.71.010(a)(3).
