Plaintiff, Gerd L. Oppenheim ("Gerd"), sues Cute Togs of New Orleans, Inc. ("Cute Togs"), Frank J. McGill ("McGill"), Normac Company, Inc. ("Normac"), and F.J. McGill Company, Inc. ("McGill Co."), to recover a $50,000 loan which he allegedly made to Cute Togs, for past vacation benefits, and for attorney's fees under L.S.A.R.S. 23:632.
