Defendant has filed post-verdict motions to bench verdicts of guilty to three charges of driving under suspension. Under law applicable to this case, defendant is subject to a fine of $200 for the first offense and fines of not less than $200 nor more than $1,000 and imprisonment of one year on each of the other two charges.
