This matter is before the court on a motion for summary judgment filed by plaintiff Monarch Insurance Company of Ohio ("Monarch") against defendants David Siegel ("Siegel"), L & S Equipment, Inc. ("L & S") and Ora Ackerman ("Ackerman"). The defendants have filed memoranda in opposition, and Monarch has filed its reply.
