This is an appeal from a final judgment of the district court in an action brought by a Pennsylvania prisoner, Gregory S. Sourbeer, under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Ernest S. Patton, Ronald Marks, Harvey Bell, and William Harrison ("the appellant officers") were found liable for $1,970 in damages for violating Sourbeer's due process rights...
