SOVEN, J.

Defendants Guadron, Mejia and Gamez appeal from a judgment in an unlawful detainer action in favor of plaintiff William Little. We reverse.

FACTS

In 1978 plaintiff landlord rented the unit involved to one Pedro Gamez, the son of defendant Guadron. The unit was rented on a month-to-month oral lease. As of November 1983, the rent was $195.78. The unit was subject to the City of Los Angeles Rent Stabilization...
