These consolidated actions arose out of the fatal crash of a Twin Beechcraft airplane, number N65V (N65V), which collided with a guy wire of a television antenna tower while attempting, with an inoperative engine, to execute a missed approach from runway 28 of the Gainesville Regional Airport, Gainesville, Florida. Appellees, the personal representatives of the estates of the pilot and passengers who were killed in the crash...
