Jay C. Jurgens, the father, appeals from the amended findings of fact, conclusions of law and order entered September 30, 1985, in Flathead County District Court. He contends that the second judge, after hearing motions to amend and for a new trial, erred in amending the first judge's original findings, conclusions and order.
