OPINION

BUSSEY, Judge:

The appellant, Jerry Dean DeVaughn, was convicted in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Case No. CRF-83-3862 of Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon and Attempted Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, and was sentenced to ten years' imprisonment on each of the counts with the sentences to run concurrently.
