PER CURIAM:

Answering Service, Inc. appeals the dismissal by the District Court of its tort suit for wrongful involvement in litigation. The District Court held that Answering Service failed to meet the prerequisites for stating a claim for wrongful involvement in litigation and dismissed its suit with prejudice.
