PER CURIAM:

Appellant Frederick Payne appeals his conviction for possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance, marijuana, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a) (1982). Payne contends that the district court erred in admitting into evidence two loaded and operable pistols seized along with a large quantity of marijuana from his apartment.
