URBIGKIT, Justice.

After finding a property settlement agreement binding on the parties to a divorce proceeding, the trial judge incorporated into the resulting decree an additional provision that a lien be recorded to secure payments owed by the husband to the wife after she quitclaimed her share of their ranch real estate to him. The husband contends on appeal that the lien was improper and an abuse of discretion in modifying a property settlement separation agreement...
