This appeal arises from a judgment rendered adversely to defendant, Dr. Marilyn Panger, a licensed chiropractor and in favor of plaintiff, Mrs. Yvonne Boudreaux.

The facts show that plaintiff had a history of back pain radiating into the left leg which had been diagnosed by Dr. George Byram, an orthopedic surgeon, in August, 1980, as degenerative disc disease and a bulging disc with nerve root impingement. At that time, plaintiff's condition...
