This is an appeal from an order awarding attorney's fees to the plaintiff in a § 1983 police brutality case, 589 F.Supp. 341 (W.D.N.C.1984). George Daly and Nicholas Street brought this action on behalf of Margaret Suzanne Starnes against Gaston County police officers and Gaston County, North Carolina.
