PARKS, Presiding Judge:

Appellant, Dennis Eugene Binder, was charged by Information in the District Court of Comanche County, Case No. CRF-83-248 with Rape, Robbery by Force and Fear and Sodomy. A jury trial was held and a verdict returned of guilty of Rape and Robbery by Force and Fear.
