This is a deportation case. Amalio Calderon-Ontiveros (Calderon-Ontiveros), who conceded deportability at his deportation hearing, appeals from the Board of Immigration Appeals' (BIA) affirmance of an immigration judge's decision denying him both suspension of deportation and voluntary departure. The BIA also held that Calderon-Ontiveros' due process rights were not violated in the deportation hearing. Calderon-Ontiveros raises only this latter...
