OPINION

SHEA, Judge.

The defendant, Francis Ferola (Ferola), appeals from his conviction in Superior Court of murder in the first degree and sexual assault in the first degree. We affirm.

Evidence presented at trial revealed that on October 14, 1982, two neighbors of the seventy-two-year old Warwick victim found her dead on the floor of her bedroom, her body partially unclothed and wrapped in a sheet. Her wrists had been tied behind her with a shirt...
