PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff-Appellant Kay Bacon appeals from an order of the Circuit Court of the Second Circuit granting Defendant-Appellee Joel Karlin's motion for summary judgment. As in every case brought before us, we must first determine whether we have jurisdiction to entertain the appeal. From a careful review of the record, we conclude we do not. We therefore dismiss the appeal sua sponte.
