This is an appeal from a final judgment of conviction and sentence for improper exhibition of a firearm. The sole point raised on appeal is that the trial court committed reversible error in this non-capital case in allowing the jury, after lengthy deliberations, to separate for a weekend recess over objection by defense counsel.
