Plaintiff, Dorothy Brannon, filed suit for damages incurred as a result of injuries sustained in a one car accident. The suit was tried before a judge. The trial court found that the decedent driver, Mrs. Anna Carriere, suffered a sudden loss of consciousness and was therefore not negligent in running off the highway and crashing into a tree.
