POLITZ, Circuit Judge:

Found guilty of possession of a firearm after having been convicted of a felony, 18 U.S.C. Appendix § 1202(a)(1), Edgar Allen Crochet appeals. We affirm.

BACKGROUND

This case was tried to the court on a stipulation of facts and the appeal presents a narrow legal issue. In 1974 Crochet pleaded guilty to felony theft and receiving stolen goods, also a felony, in the 19th Judicial District, East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana...
