This civil action was instituted by the Secretary of Labor to enjoin alleged violations of Section 15 of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 215, and to restrain the withholding by the Defendant of the payment of overtime compensation allegedly due to certain of its employees.
