Plaintiff filed this action against multiple defendants who designed, manufactured, distributed and applied asbestos products that were incorporated into construction of the plaintiff's schools. On October 16, 1985 I denied the defendants' motion for judgment on the pleadings as to the plaintiff's first, seventh and eighth claims but granted their motion, without prejudice, as to the plaintiff's sixth, ninth and tenth claims...
