Plaintiff appeals as of right from an October 3, 1984, judgment of the circuit court awarding plaintiff $230.51, following a bench trial.

The record discloses that plaintiff, Patrick J. McReavy, and Keith Davis consolidated three partnerships owned by the various men into one corporation in 1978. The three partnerships consisted of the Panel Center, Kitchens, Etc., and Mr. Ed's Carpet Center...
