Appeal from an order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin denying Ashland Oil, Inc.'s (Ashland's) motion under Fed.R.Civ.P. 60(b) for relief from that court's judgment of April 24, 1981, as amended May 7, 1981. We affirm.
