First Bank of North Dakota (N.A.)-Jamestown (the Bank) brought this action against the Pillsbury Company (Pillsbury) for conversion of grain in which the Bank claimed a security interest. The district court1 granted summary judgment in favor of the Pillsbury Company and dismissed the Bank's claim. The Bank now appeals. We affirm.
