Dr. Peter V. Alexander appeals from the district court's denial of his motions for a new trial and for relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2255. The district court concluded that alleged failures by the government to supply material to Alexander prior to trial did not warrant a new trial, and that Alexander had not shown deficiencies in the indictment or ineffective assistance of counsel that would permit relief under § 2255....
