In this suit in assumpsit, plaintiff seeks to recover for personal injuries sustained in a slip-and-fall accident on an icy and snowy pavement. The defendants are Union Fidelity Life Insurance Company (Union Fidelity), her employer, and its contractor engaged for the purpose of clearing the snow and ice. Union Fidelity has moved for summary judgment. It shall be granted herein.
