Miller has brought this action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. and under 42 U.S.C. § 1981, alleging that the defendants, Advanced Studies, Inc. and two of its officers, engaged in racially discriminatory employment practices while Miller worked for Advanced Studies as a sales representative.
