Kelly appeals from sentences imposed pursuant to the sentencing guidelines following his plea of guilty to one count each of burglary and bond jumping. We reverse and remand for resentencing.

Kelly entered the foregoing guilty plea on 19 April 1984 and was sentenced therefor on 24 May 1984. A separate scoresheet was used for each offense, a Category 5 scoresheet for the burglary charge and a Category 9 for the bond jumping...
