HEEN, Judge.

Plaintiff Rodney Siu Hung Bow (Plaintiff) appeals the trial court's judgment that Defendants Robert Shigeru Nakamura and Gayle Chang Nakamura (collectively Nakamuras), and Dianne Lynn Yee Lee (Lee) (hereafter Nakamuras and Lee are collectively referred to as Defendants)1 are not liable for consequential damages for the expenses incurred by Plaintiff under his agreement of sale. We affirm.
