Pending are several motions requiring consideration prior to trial of this matter. Roxalana seeks yet even more discovery by its motions—all filed after the October 1, 1985, deadline for discovery. Because additional discovery at this juncture would delay the resolution of the action, Plaintiff's motions for additional discovery are denied as untimely.
