Defendants, Earline Roy and Commercial Union Insurance Company (Commercial Union), appeal a judgment holding them liable in solido to plaintiff, Connie Gardiner, for damages resulting from a vehicular collision. Commercial Union also appeals the denial of its third party demand against co-defendant St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company (St. Paul), the errors and omissions insurer of the Kurtz/Casanova Agency and its agents and employees.
