JASPER E. JONES, Judge.
The defendant, Walter Hobdy, a/k/a Walter Lebeau, a/k/a Kareem, was charged by bill of information with distribution of cocaine in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967. A jury found defendant guilty as charged and he was sentenced, as a second felony offender, to serve eighteen years at hard labor. Defendant appeals his conviction and sentence relying upon six assignments of error.
