The trial court rendered written reasons for judgment, reciting findings of fact and awarding judgment to plaintiffs against defendant in the sum of $2,750.00. After a hearing on a motion for new trial, the court found that amount to be excessive and reduced the award to $1,250.00. No explanation was given as to what damages the award represented.
