On December 20, 1984, the Industrial Commission through its administrative law judge issued findings of fact, conclusions of law, and an order allowing death benefits for applicant Marie J. Mabbutt, the widow of Fred C. Mabbutt, who died of a heart attack while working as a miner for plaintiff Price River Coal Co. ("PRC").
