Appellant, Willie Gillard, was indicted by the Bibb County, Alabama, Grand Jury in a two-count indictment for theft of property in the first degree and unauthorized use of a vehicle, in violation of §§ 13A-8-3 and 13A-8-11, Code of Alabama 1975, respectively.
