Plaintiff, William E. Brock, Secretary of Labor ("the Secretary"), United States Department of Labor ("Labor Department"), brings this action against defendant, Judith Wilamowsky, doing business as Continental Word Processing ("CWP"), alleging a willful violation of the overtime compensation and recordkeeping provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq.
