This is a timely appeal from a judgment of conviction and sentence of five years in prison to be followed by ten years on probation, and a $50,000 fine, for trafficking in between 2,000-10,000 pounds of cannabis, in violation of sections 893.135(1)(a)(2), 893.03(1)(3) and 893.13(1)(a)(2), Florida Statutes (1983).
