Once again we are faced with an appeal involving a breach of Rule 4.06 of the Uniform Criminal Rules of Circuit Court Practice. This rule is becoming the problem child of our state jurisprudence. The rule's requirements are neither confusing nor onerous; yet we are continually confronted with cases in which law enforcement officials have failed to comply with it.
