This case was filed by forty-three (43) employees1 of the Norfolk and Western Railway Company (N & W) and its parent corporation Norfolk Southern, against their Union, the Brotherhood of Railway, Airline and Steamship Clerks, Freight Handlers, Express and Station Employees (BRAC).
