Elvin Vega was charged with one count of robbery of less than $100, and one count of battery. Vega ultimately pled guilty to robbery without a weapon. A sentencing guideline score sheet showed a total of 57 points, with a recommended sentence of 12 to 30 months' incarceration or community control.
