PER CURIAM.

International Medical Centers, Inc. (IMC), appeals from an order of the trial court confirming an arbitration award and a final judgment entered in favor of Sabates in accordance with the award. We affirm.

This action was instituted by Sabates against IMC based upon his termination as head of IMC's eye-care program. Sabates was terminated by IMC when his hospital privileges were suspended for lack of proof of insurance coverage. IMC claimed that...
