In this admiralty action, plaintiff Macario Vinuela, a citizen of Spain and at relevant times a dining room employee aboard the cruise ships "BRITANIS" and "DOLPHIN IV", sues for wages, overtime pay and other surcharges and payments allegedly owed him for his services aboard the "BRITANIS" in May and June 1983.
