Plaintiffs, Sidney King and his wife, Paulette appeal from the trial court's ruling granting a motion for summary judgment.

The Kings filed this personal injury lawsuit, alleging that Sidney sustained injuries on October 21, 1983, at the Waterford III nuclear power plant in Taft, Louisiana.
