This action was commenced by appellee Richard L. Fray, as trustee of the W.O. Fray Trust, to determine the heirs of Claude Fray, deceased. Claude Fray and his heirs are beneficiaries under the W.O. Fray Trust. Both Myrtle Fray and Thelma Omley Fray claimed to be the legal wife of Claude Fray.
