This is an appeal from a jury verdict in favor of the defendants in an action for personal injuries. In an earlier appeal, this court reversed a summary judgment entered for defendants. Botte v. Pomeroy, 438 So.2d 544 (Fla. 4th DCA 1983), rev. denied, 450 So.2d 488 (Fla. 1984). The case then proceeded to trial.
