ELLIOTT, Bankruptcy Judge:

Niermeyer appeals from an order dismissing her complaint seeking a declaration that the debtor's liability to her was not dischargeable under 11 U.S.C. Section 523(a)(5). Niermeyer obtained a non-marital support judgment in state court at the termination of a lengthy relationship with Doyle.
